Our Mission

Flint Genesee County Community Cotillion, strives to empower youth through leadership and social skills development. Our program aims to foster confidence and community engagement among participants.

Our Impact

Who We Are

The Flint-Genesee County Community Cotillion is a 501c3 created in the spirit of Building Community, Honoring Tradition, Developing Leaders, and Inspiring Service.

The Flint-Genesee County Community Cotillion is a youth development and leadership program designed to prepare young people for success through education, mentorship, cultural enrichment, community service, and personal growth.

Our program provides opportunities for participants to develop leadership skills, financial literacy, public speaking abilities, personal and professional etiquette, civic responsibility, and community engagement. The season culminates with a formal Debutante Cotillion celebrating the achievements and accomplishments of participating youth.

The Flint-Genesee County Community Cotillion welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds and is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment where all young people can thrive.

We are proud to partner with a variety of organizations, schools, churches, businesses, and community members.. Our partnerships enable us to expand our reach and provide even more resources to our program participants.
